TGA Viewer is a program that will let you open .TGA files, and convert them to other formats.
Besides, this program can also open .PCX, .PSD, .AI and .EPS files. It will allow you to zoom in and out of the image, browse the picture, rotate it clockwise or counter clockwise and modify the size of the image, maintaining its aspect ratio.

You can then save any image in.JPEG, .GIF, .BMP, .TIFF and .PNG file formats.

This free application is very easy to use. So, it is very convenient for beginners. The users will be able to manipulate not-so-common files without needing to install expensive and complicated programs, converting the files so they can edit them using popular (and even free) programs, post them in a blog or include the images in their own web pages. The resizing and rotating features are nice features, since they are the most used functions for those who just need to grab some images from the Internet to include them in their documents, posts or web pages. The program occupies very little memory and disk space.

Installed the software with ease, but it does not work. I can open my .tga files, but nothing shows up in the viewer - it's just a blank white space. This goes for all my .tga files.
